Real estate has been my only profession since graduating from U Penn's Wharton School 22 years ago.   I have honed my skills working up the ranks at a national land development company, and later by investing my own money, negotiating my own deals, and overseeing municipal permitting processes while including trusted specialist on my team whenever necessary.
